Can I access private profiles?

No. Osintgram can only collect data from public profiles or accounts you already follow. Any service that claims to bypass Instagram privacy controls is almost certainly a scam.

How do I resolve the challenge_required error?

Instagram requests additional verification when it notices unusual behaviour. Follow the link provided in the error, complete the verification (enter the code, confirm email, etc.), and try again. Using a dedicated throwaway account reduces the risk of hitting this challenge.
